Refund & Returns Policy

🛑 Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or produced. If cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the order if it has already been shipped.

🔁 Returns (If Applicable)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of product receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
  • Customers will only be charged for shipping once, including returns.
  • No restocking fee will be applied.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming we’ve received your item.
We’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied
to your original payment method within a few business days.

⏱ Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again to confirm the refund status.
  • Contact your credit card provider — refunds may take time to be posted officially.
  • Contact your bank, as internal processing may delay visibility.
